The Challenge: A strata had their original 25 year old roof that needed a full recoat to keep it from wearing down in BC's unforgiving weather.
Our Solution: For a metal roof, when they are taken care of properly, they can last a very long time. In the case of Hollybrook, their strata wanted to not have to worry about their roof ever again. The products we specified for a primer and metal top coat are some of the best in the business. And when you are choosing between doubling the life of the roof and only increasing the cost by 50%, it is an easy choice. Currently, the roof looks like it was painted yesterday, not three and a half years ago. We want to be able to stand by every one of our paint jobs and surprise people how long it has been since the last coating, and Hollybrook Strata is a perfect example of this.
