Matt has been with Buhler Painting since 2019, after previously starting, growing, and eventually selling his own pressure washing company. After two years of working with sales and operations teams at Ledcor, Matt sought out a new challenge, but in the familiar field of trades. He works closely with Mark and Bob to increase Buhler's sales, create quotes, hire a dedicated and motivated team, and pass on his multi-industry knowledge. His passion is two-fold: working with people and increasing their effectiveness and efficiency. He’s known Mark since 2005 and partnered on different projects over the years. It was inevitable they would eventually join forces, and they've seen Buhler grow accordingly in the last 5+ years.
