Mark Buhler
Read MoreMark started Buhler Painting all the way back in 2006. He has proudly seen it grow from himself and some friends paying their way through university to a 20+ person crew that specializes in commercial and industrial coatings, while not forgetting their residential painting roots. He can be found either hard at work in the office, visiting sites with foremen, or enjoying family life at home in Abbotsford with his wife and kids. Mark's goal is to continue to grow Buhler Painting far beyond himself, and to train the next generation of skilled workers and leaders, equipping them for life and beyond.
Matt Peters
Read MoreMatt has been with Buhler Painting since 2019, after previously starting, growing, and eventually selling his own pressure washing company. After two years of working with sales and operations teams at Ledcor, Matt sought out a new challenge, but in the familiar field of trades. He works closely with Mark and Bob to increase Buhler's sales, quote and close estimates, hire a dedicated and motivated team, and pass on his multi-industry knowledge. His passion is two-fold: working with people, and increasing their effectiveness and efficiency. Having known Mark since 2005 and partnered on different projects over the years, it was inevitable they would eventually join forces, and they've seen Buhler grow accordingly in the last 2+ years.
Robert (Bob) Rousselle
Read MoreUncle Bob can do it all. A Red Seal ticketed painter that also is a certified NACE coatings inspector, he's "been there, done that" from coast to coast. Originally from New Brunswick, Bob has made his way to the west coast over his 35 year career while working in every trade imaginable. After his last contract at a large corporation ended in 2020, Bob was looking for a family-oriented company he could join and bring growth to with his skillset and big personality. Bob's mantra is "1 team, 1 goal, 2 be the best", and he lives it all day, every day. If you've got a problem, Bob's got the solution. It wouldn't be the same without him.
Marty Ogilvie
Read MoreMarty joined the Buhler painting team in 2022, and loves working with numbers, making sure everything matches. He has handled the books for several successful companies in the past and is really enjoying being part of a great team. He currently lives in Abbotsford with his wife and son, and spends any extra available time in the gym.
Malcom Easton
Read MoreMalcolm's has been with Buhler Painting since 2019, and has already risen from a competent painter, to a site lead, to a foreman with the company. He learns quickly, doesn't give up, and works efficiently and quickly. Whether it's painting a massive school, a custom home, or a commercial tilt-up, Malcolm has great attention to detail and the ability to accomplish whatever is thrown his way. Put Malcolm on the job, and you can rest easy knowing it will be completed professionally.
