The Client: Vanessa Matty

Location: Abbotsford BC

The Challenge: The Matty residence is a uniquely shaped home with very steep sides, and it’s extremely tall in the back. The exterior featured slop and dash stucco which has a unique finish, this meant spraying all sides to achieve perfect finish.

Our Solution: We had to use 40' ladders, and we made sure everyone onsite had fall protection training and experience on tall extension ladders for exterior painting. We also ensured the ladders used on sides of home were level and stable at all times when working to prevent possible injuries! Completed 2023.
